Fix Your Face Before I Fix It For You
But for real, let me put you on to the best face mask I’ve ever used.
In Spain, there’s a cosmetics chain called Primor that would put just about any beauty chain to shame. Amongst thousands of other products, there was an entire section of Korean Skincare – basically The Fountain of Youth. There I found a collection of face masks by Vitamasques, and I quickly become their biggest fan. Now, I try not to stray far from my usual skincare routine so far as it is working for me in the moment, which makes face masks the perfect once-in-a-while luxury.
Before returning to New York, I stocked up on about 3 months worth of face masks from Primor. I figured, no problem, I could find them online whenever I run out. Man was I wrong, so so wrong. I could barely find the brand online, and when I did, the prices were absolutely ridiculous. On a trip to Madrid a few months later, I made sure to leave room for a fat stack of face masks in my suitcase.

Their pricing is a modest $2.99 a mask, with four different variations focusing on specific target areas. My two favorites are the Tea Tree Sheet Mask, which focuses on clearing and purifying the pores, and the Açai Berry Sheet Mask, which brightens dull skin while adding a boost of moisture. Target also carries Vitamasques Charcoal Mask for detoxification and a Pomegranate Mask if you wanna tighten your skin up.
One of my favorite factors of these masks is how thick and soft the fabric is. It doesn’t rip in half when you try to peel apart the mask, as sheet masks often can. Additionally, these things are LOADED with serums, so much you may have to wipe off a little off before you put it on your skin. If you’ve been looking for a way to keep your skin in check during these unprecedented times or are just looking for a new product to give your skin that boost, I got you.
